Nick’s Steakhouse & Pizza is a local Calgary restaurant which opened nearly 40 years ago. They have a well-established brand as a family-friendly sports institution that serves traditional and hearty dishes.
Nick’s Steakhouse was looking to increase brand awareness and enhance its online reputation. They take part in many community investment initiatives and wanted to showcase their involvement with local organizations.
Barrel developed an 8-week regional brand awareness and reputation management strategy. We implemented an in-store and online review contest with the objective of increasing Nick’s star-rating on Google My Business, Trip Advisor, Facebook, Zomato and Yelp. Additionally, Barrel produced a video series showcasing their support for Dare to Care, the University of Calgary Dinos and the Calgary Stampeders. These videos were syndicated across the Facebook advertising network with the objective of increasing their fan base.
