Maximized video production efficiency for major annual confrence

The Client

The Canadian Association of Pipeline and Utility Locating Contractors (CAPULC) is a National organization that provides leadership, promotes safety, and works to enhance the value and reputation of the underground facility locating industry in Canada.

The challenge

For its 2019 Annual General Meeting, leadership at CAPULC planned a substantial increase in the conference’s scale and scope, and wanted to capture the jubilation and celebration of the attendees for use in future conference marketing activities. 

The solution

Barrel Marketing attended the AGM and filmed for over 16 hours. The footage was shot in 4K, maximizing production efficiency as high resolution still photography could simply be pulled from the reel, eliminating the need for a separate photographer.
